Product description
WSY series is vertical glass reinforced plastic submerged vortex pump. FSY series is vertical glass reinforced plastic underwater centrifugal pump. This pump will stretch into the storage tank. As the depth and length of storage tanks are different, the underwater depth is designed between 800mm~5,000mm freely optional. Provided that liquid level is higher than the pump body, there will be no need of priming liquid to start. Leak hole is fitted under flat cover board, so that liquid will not leak out of the storage.
The components in contact with medium are made of phenolic glass fibre modified by PVB, and formed by high temperature die stamping. Connecting pipe and liquid outlet pipe are phenolic glass fibre pipes made by semi-dry rolling process. Impeller shaft sleeve is stick to pump shaft by phenolic mastic. All submerged components are assembled by phenolic mastic. Those in contact with medium are all no metal components, so as to ensure absolutely corrosion resistance. Featured by the outstanding performances of light weight, high strength, nondeforming, temperature and corrosion resistance, this product can be used partially instead of the precious metal of stainless steel containing molybdenum, titanium and titanium alloy for corrosion resistance purpose.

Application

Widely used in the industries of chemical, petrochemical, refining, dyestuff, pesticide, pharmaceutical, rare earth and fertilizers, etc., this pump is an optimal choice to handle the corrosive medium in storage tank, like various non-oxidated acid (hydrochloric acid, thin sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid and butyric acid) not containing solid particles, not easily crystallized, and temperature not over 100℃.
