Maintenance in operation
1, The inlet pipeline should be seal excessive.
2, No operated in NPSH situation long time.
3, No operated motor excess of electric current,when pump working in huge flow.
4, Timely check the current value of electricity,make sure it is not exceed its rated current.
5, Hold people accountable when pump working,for fear accident.
6, After 500 hours working should pour oil on the shaft,and coordinate with refueling device when motor power upon 11KW,used the high pressure gun pour in directly,for shaft well lubricated.
7, After long working,the accessories may be so grinded that have high noise and vibration, pls repair them, or changed the easy grinded accessories and shaft,the repair period is about 1 year.
Maintenance in mechanism seal
1, The lubricant should be clean with no solid granules.
2, Dry working without lubricate is not allowed.
3, Handle the pump (motor) before open power to avoid the graphite loop fracture, because of the sudden operated.
